I've been going to bed by 9, too. If I don't, I'm miserable the next day. My sister is fond of telling me that "you're growing an organ, that takes a lot of energy, of course you're tired!"
I would have never thought about it that way, but the first trimester really is all about growing a new organ (in addition to a new human)!
I would be lost without my PVR!! Those things are a TV-aholic's crack!!
